Our attorneys can help you with resolution of many issues. We practice family law, business and corporate law, estate planning, and probate.

At our company, we provide personalized attention to each client. We are often available for meetings with clients during evening and weekend hours. Our goal is to help a client to resolve the situation as quickly, inexpensively, and effectively as possible.

We provide the following services:

  • Full legal representation (where an attorney handles client's matter from the beginning to the end)

  • Document preparation services (where we prepare various contracts, agreements, corporate papers, deeds, applications and other documents for a client)

  • Limited scope representation (where an attorney performs just limited services, such as, for example, providing legal advice, reviewing documents, coaching a client to appear in court, negotiating on behalf of a client who will appear in court by him- or herself, or making a limited appearance at a settlement conference or in court)

We are fluent in English and Russian.
