Mr. Nelson has been practicing family law in California for over 30 years. His expertise and integrity have earned him a reputation as one of the best family law attorneys in the legal community.

Prior to going into private practice, Mr. Nelson was the Chief Staff Attorney for the United States Federal Government Department of Health, Education and Welfare. Over the years, Jack Nelson has represented clients at numerous state jury and court trials, at hearings and motions, as well as at federal jury trials. He has also been a guest speaker for the Insurance Industry (Plaintiff’s perspective), lectured at law school on the subjects of Trial Practice and Social Security Law.

Mr. Nelson has served as a mediator in many civil/family law matters. He is a Certified Judge Pro Tem for Orange County and Los Angeles County.
